Wednesday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

We are closed from 12:00 noon - 1:00pm each day.
Our phones go to a service at 5:00pm.

Emergencies & After Hours

After hours you will reach our on-call service. For medical issues, your call will be transferred to a nursing triage service who will contact the doctor on call if needed. If you are experiencing and emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Cancellations

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be rescheduled. This helps to ensure that each scheduled patient can be seen in a timely fashion. We request 24 hours notice on all cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less the 24 hours notice or if you miss your appointment you will be charged a fee.

Phone System

We realize that having a live person answer your call is the ideal situation. However, our staff members are often busy helping patients in the office and are unable to answer the phone immediately. In an effort to get you to the right person as quickly as possible, we now utilize an automated answering system to help direct your call. Please remember that you can hit “1” or a direct extension number at any time to bypass the system.

Once the system answers your call, you can dial the following options:

• Dial "1" for Fax Number, Address, Hours of Operation
• Dial "2" for Referral Department
• Dial "3" for Lab/Test Results, Prescription Questions, or to Leave Message for Your Provider
